Kansas-based American Modular Assemblies Inc. builds a high-tech foundation-based modular—NOT mobile—homes mainly constructed of renewables, shipping containers, & available domestic materials—all at half cost of conventional homes. Sizes range from studio to multiroom living spaces & can be equipped with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen & living space for 1-4 people. A solar-powered unit runs lighting & HVAC systems & can be equipped with water, optional sewer connections, & other options.
